Three college students, Ryan, Jake, and Erica, set out to film a great horror movie for one of their class projects| but during filming, something goes terribly wrong and the students suddenly find themselves in their own worst nightmare. Some of the events are caught on tape by the camera that Jake continues to record with, a camera that is later retrieved by two detectives, A...。ホラー映画監督の黒石光司（白石晃士）は助監督の市川美保を引き連れて、ある山奥の家を取材する。そこには黒石の映画のファンだという、精神混乱気味の美女・三好麻里亜がいた。彼女は必死に訴える、「私が体験した出来事は、監督の映画の内容そのものなの」と。そして不気味な麻里亜の家で、黒石のカメラが思いもよらぬ現象を捉え始める。事態はより恐ろしく、不可解で危険な方向へと猛スピードで向かっていく。 次々と恐怖が迫りくる森の中、“スーパーボランティア”の男性に助けられ、さらにイケメン霊媒師も加わり、カメラは絶えず恐ろしい出来事を記録していく。麻里亜を救うため、そして傑作映画を作るため、撮影隊の冒険が始まる。。
